Kenny's resume speaks for itself. His guitar sounds and collaborative song writing for Edie Brickell and New Bohemians helped shaped the fabric of American music in the late 80s and throughout the 90s. The Bohemians reached global success with the release of the albums "Shooting Rubberbands At The Stars" and "Ghost Of A Dog".
Kenny is truly a guitar icon.He has played, toured, and recorded with many bands, such as Billy Goat, Cottonmouth,Texas, Everlast, Spin Doctors, and Hunter Hendrickson.
"I got my first guitar at age 11. Early on, I didn't know many songs, so I started making up songs right away. I attended the Arts Magnet High School in Dallas, where I was exposed to different types of music--from jazz, classical, and fusion, to latin, and reggae. Arts Magnet was a great experience. My friends and I would jam any time, any place we could-the men's shower room, or we'd drag a piano outside to the school smoking section. Sometimes we'd just show up at someone's party, (invited or not), and start playing. A lot of those friends have gone on to do great things!"
